Nothing quite like a messy burger is there? I love them and what I like the most about burgers, vegetables is the infinite possibility of combination. They are a great way to increase your vegetable content, even with vegetables that you may not like, and this burger is a favorite because I do not love butter, squash, this vegetable burger is a little sweet, soil and pretty spicy. Oh and vegetarians

- 4. Bowl, squash, peeled and cut into 1/2 Squares (Save seeds)
- 1 Can (15 oz) black bean, drain and rinse
- 1/4 Cup quinoa
- Water 1/2 Cup
- Shallot 1/4 Cup hack
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 Chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- Cumin 2 tablespoons
- Coriander Ground 1/4 Teaspoon
- Cup 1/4 pistachios hack description
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 Cup

How To Make:

- Fold in 1 cup of bread.
- Use the biscuit cutter to make your vegetable. You do not have to do this, but I am a bit of rectal. retentive
