SPICY BUTTERNUT SQUASH & BLACK BEAN BURGER

Nothing quite like a messy burger is there? I love them and what I like the most about burgers, vegetables is the infinite possibility of combination. They are a great way to increase your vegetable content, even with vegetables that you may not like, and this burger is a favorite because I do not love butter, squash, this vegetable burger is a little sweet, soil and pretty spicy. Oh and vegetarians

Raw materials
  • 4. Bowl, squash, peeled and cut into 1/2 Squares (Save seeds)
  • 1 Can (15 oz) black bean, drain and rinse
  • 1/4 Cup quinoa
  • Water 1/2 Cup
  • Shallot 1/4 Cup hack
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 Chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • Cumin 2 tablespoons
  • Coriander Ground 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Cup 1/4 pistachios hack description
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 Cup
  • Olive oil

How To Make:
  1. Throw 4 cups of pumpkin with olive oil enough to cover and place it in a baking plate. In the oven are heated before 400 degrees F, roast squash butter about 45 minutes or until a super payment is received.

  6. Fold in 1 cup of bread. 
  7. Use the biscuit cutter to make your vegetable. You do not have to do this, but I am a bit of rectal. retentive
