Southwest Salsa Burgers
Smooth peppers and fresh salsa give these burgers a southwest kick to heat up the dinner table in just 20 minutes.

Raw materials
  • Sliced shallots 1/4 Cup 
  • Salt 3/8 Teaspoon 
  • 1/4 Thai Pepper Tea spoon 1
  • /8 teaspoons black pepper 
  • 1 lb 90% Sirloin League 
  • 1/4 Iced Salsa Cup 
  • Out Cooking Spray 
  • 4 (0.67-oz) Piece Monterey jack cheese with chilli 
  • 4 Boston lettuce leaves 
  • 4 Hamburger Bread (1 1/2 oz), Candy

How to make it

Step 1
Includes 5 first ingredients and 2 tablespoons salsa. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts, creating each one as 1/2 inches thick candy.

Step 2
Large heat or grill pans over high heat, moderate pans coated with a cooking spray, add a filling to the pan; 5 minute cooking on each side or until the desired level of whiteness. Each top has 1 piece of cheese. Cook for 1 minute or until cheese is
