Mushroom Burger with Fried Egg and Truffle Oil
We've heard of mushroom burgers as an alternative to vegetarians but never thought of adding mushrooms to the beef of burgers. Cooking mushrooms with garlic, thyme, and red wine will make you feel as if you were creating an elegant French meal, but the results are a taste, a healthy burger topped with fried eggs and truffle, vecl, and arugula mixed. Oh, and, mayonnaise-the tomato mustard sauce is not to be overlooked.

- 3 cups sliced mushrooms\
- Shallot Crush Cup 1/3
- Sliced Basil 1 tablespoon
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/3 Cup Cabernet Sauvignon or other dry red color
- 3/4 tea spoon, black pepper, groun
- Kosher salt 1/2 Teaspoon
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 Big Eggs
- 2 cups arugula
- 1/4 Fresh Cup
- 1 tablespoon white truffle oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp. cala Mayonnaise
- Tomato ketchup with 1 tablespoon of sal
- Dijon 2 tsp
- 4 Dessert Hamburger Bread
How To Cook:
Preheat the furnace to heat.
The heat is larger than the medium high heat, the pan is coated with spray-cooking. Add the mushroom and the next mixture 3 (through garlic) to the pan and make it for 5 minutes or until the mushroom is done. Add wine and cook 3 minutes or until liquid evaporates. Completely removed from heat and cold.
Total mushroom ingredient, 1/2 A teaspoon of pepper, salt, and beef in a large bowl. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts, gradually build each person into a 1/2 inch thick. Press the thumb in the center of each dessert, leaving the nickel-size indent. Put on the grill layer coated with cooking spray and grill for 4 minutes. Carefully open the filling and grill for 4 minutes or until the desired level of sensitivity.
Return the pan to medium heat and coat with a cooking spray, crack the egg into the pan and cook 4 minutes or until the white setting. Removed from the heat.
Total 1/4 Paprika, arugula, Cheese and oil in the central bowl and gently cast to coat, combine the next ingredients and ingredients 3 (through the mustard) in a small bowl spread 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise ingredients at the bottom 1/2 of each bun and top with 1 bread. Each of the above offers 1 egg 1/2 The cup of ingredients arugula and the top 1/2 of the bread.
