PREPARATION TIME: 20
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Filippo Berio Olive Oil
- 700g minced beef
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper
- 450g onions, thinly sliced
- 4 tbsp Filippo Berio Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Hamburger buns to serve
Seasoning onion chop in 1 tablespoon, Filippo the olive oil gently until gentle, cool then mix into minced meat with Worcestershire and season. The form in 4-6 Burger is the same size, cover it and relax for 30 minutes.
4 tablespoons oil in a heavy pan, add onion and cook at low heat for 10-15 minutes until soft, add sugar and cook until the onion is deep, warm.
Burger brush with remaining oil cook BBQ for 10-12 minutes open once during cooking.
Serve in a delicious hamburger bun with a onion and a side salad.
Tips for the chef: style: Add 1 tablespoon of capsicum sauce, or 3 tablespoons of BBQ sauce that mixes minced meat. For Italian flavours add 2 cloves, crushed garlic and 1 tablespoon of dried tomato or pesto sauce.
